Shop policies

Dalston Dolls is run from my home in Hackney. Great care is taken with each doll and the materials are good quality, organic and from the uk where possible. I would like to think the dolls become treasured possessions and welcome feedback from buyers.

Returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me and return the doll within 10 days in its original condition for an exchange or full refund of purchase price.
The postage price is only refundable if the product is faulty.
Please note that the item is your responsibility until I have received it back. Therefore please retain the proof of postage.
Claims of damaged items, or shipment errors must be made within 7 days of receipt of an item.


I accept payment through PayPal or bank transfer.
Please note that the item will only be sent once I have received the cheque, or the Bank transfer has gone through.


For UK deliveries I use Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery which takes about 1-2 days.
